Windows at the George Peach House were taken out and restored in the shop over the winter; with the good weather they've been reinstalled on site. The front door side lites and transom have yet to be restored. We determined based on paint traces that the front door itself was originally false grained - it is now in an artist's studio having the graining reproduced.
Remarkably, all of the windows in the house were original. Many of them looked more modern because the original 6 over 6 muntins had been removed. The muntins are being reproduced and installed in the original frames as part of our restoration.
